I've been a dance instructor, personal trainer, and fitness coach for most of my adulthood. As I've grown in these different roles, I've learned to appreciate and communicate the importance of fitness for our long term health and quality of life, and not just for aesthetics. Learn the fundamental techniques of the 4 basic punches, boxing self defense, and boxing footwork while improving speed, coordination, and cardiovascular conditioning. Boxing gloves will be provided if necessary. Boxing mitt work and bag work (no sparring included).

Semi-private strength training sessions are a great way to receive quality personal training at a reduced price by sharing a time slot with 2-3 other people with similar strength and/or weight loss goals. Each client will receive a personalized fitness program and will workout at the same time as other clients during this session. No more than 4 people train during the designated time slot to ensure quality instruction and each person will receive individualized training programs that fit their needs. *This is not a bootcamp/group fitness class*
